Attorney Advertising
The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon
advertisements. Before you decide, ask us to send you full written information about our
qualifications and experience.
Internet Search Terms Are Intended for Search Results Only
Search terms are used on this website, and not intended to describe a specialty. For example,
a “car crash attorney” or a "truck accident lawyer" and similar terms are nothing more than use of
common internet search terms.
Such keyword phrases encompass the types of cases an attorney at this firm handles or will pursue
on behalf of personal injury clients, but are organized together as search terms used on the web.
It is not a designation or classification by any official body, Bar, or organization, and does not
signify any specialty.

There is No Attorney-Client Relationship Unless and Until We Have a Written & Signed Fee
Agreement
You should not consider this information as legal advice or creating any attorney-client
relationship. The only way you and I can create an attorney-client relationship is through a
written and signed fee agreement I provide to you, review with you, and to which we both consent in
writing.
While you may be interested in hiring us as your lawyer, you may always seek the advice of
competent counsel in the your State. We do not want to represent anyone viewing this website in a
State or jurisdiction where this website fails to comply with all laws and ethical rules of the
